For the past several years I have encouraged my students, coaching clients, and members of the Leaders Connect community to set three goals for the new year: one for health; one for personal relationships; and one for work. I, myself, have been using this format since 1968.
To help with this activity, I have created a Goal Grid. In addition to the specific goals, it asks you to specify for each goal:

What is the specific goal?

By when will it be achieved?

Why is it important for you to achieve this goal?
-
How will you go about achieving it?
-
Who will you draw on for support In the pursuit of this goal?
Over the years I have received feedback from several people who have found this exercise extremely beneficial in improving the quality of their lives. I encourage your feedback.
To help with this process I will once again be offering a goal-achieving session of Leaders Connect to be held in the next few weeks. It will be a community effort to help one another achieve your goals.
