Last week at my Leaders Connect Breakfast at Zingerman’s Roadhouse, we were honored to be part of the presentation and workshop by the Ross School of Business Dean, Scott DeRue, and Chief Executive Education Officer, Melanie Barnett. An Important part of the presentation was the discussion of the Michigan Model of Leadership.
