We live in hectic times where people feel challenged to be in control of their own time and life. Often, we feel overwhelmed with too much to do with too little time to get to the things that really matter, like taking care of ourselves and the people we love.
To address this problem, my team at Pasick Consultation and Coaching and I have created a four session workshop on “How to Design the Life You Truly Desire”. The workshop is based on my coaching model and a course I have been teaching for the last four years to seniors and graduate students at the University of Michigan. This scientifically resources class has helped hundreds of students make thoughtful decisions about career and lifestyle.
The course first enables participants to learn about themselves:
- their strengths
- their purpose
- their personality style
- several other sources of self awareness.
In the second part, participants design a desirable future for themselves which includes:
- pursuing their passion
- utilizing their strengths
- balancing work needs with personal needs
- deciding how much is enough.
Throughout the course, we will be utilizing my book, Self Aware: A Guide to Success in Work and Life. Participants will be expected to reflect on their progress on a daily basis through the accompanying journal for the book. Throughout the workshop participants will complete The Pasick Personal Development Leadership Plan.
